At the 28th annual Hydrangea banquet, Angela Wang (President) and Marcus Gee (VP, Development) presented the $1,000 scholarship check to Ms. Rachel Cao. Rachel wrote about overcoming her personal goals and YLC is proud to have her as the scholarship recipient of the 2015 “Smash the Glass” program.
